- Assistant to Director to Finance
- Prepare and maintain budget for Monroe County, Solid Waste and Highway Department
- Monitor Non-Profit Funding
- Prepare and submit yearly reports to State of Tennessee for Highway funding
- Oversee payroll for all County offices
- Perform month-end and year-end process for Local Government software
- Prepare grant reports
- Prepare letter of agreements for all county officials
- Balance with Trustee’s office each month for the following funds: County General, Solid Waste, Highway, Debt Service, Insurance , Sales Tax and ADA Schools Fund
- Debt payments and schedules
- Jail Board Bill
- Order and maintain phone lines
- Prepare for annual audit process
