• Approve and issue Purchase Orders for Monroe County, Solid Waste and Highway Departments
• Maintain Purchase Order Register
• Verify all services rendered, purchases received and prepare invoices for payment
• Order supplies for all departments
• Keep inventory for Department of Finance
• Prepare and mail bid packets
• Attend bid openings and notify vendors of award of bid
• Attend purchasing committee meetings
• Maintain fixed assets for all County purchases
