• Approve and issue Purchase Orders for 12 schools, Central Office Supervisors, Food Service,  and Maintenance Department
• Maintain Purchase Order Register
• Verify all services rendered, purchases received and prepare invoices for payment
• Maintain spread sheets for instructional supply and enrichment allocations for 12 schools
• Oversee spending for all department supervisors
• Prepare and mail bid packets
• Attend bid openings and notify vendors of award of bid
• Attend purchasing committee meetings
• Maintain fixed assets for all Board of Education purchases
